We are excited to have him and his wife, Stephnie, join our church family.
Brett and Patricia have been married for over four years. They met at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. Patricia grew up right down the road from Regent. Brett is from Wisconsin and is of course a huge Packers fan! The first two years of their marriage were spent in northern Mississippi. Brett taught high school English, and Patricia worked for a local business. During this time, they became involved in their local church leading a small group and serving as assistant youth leaders. While in Mississippi, Brett felt God was calling him to leave full-time teaching and pursue pastoral ministry. Patricia's heart for ministry and counseling grew during this season as well. In June of 2014, Brett and Patricia moved to South Carolina to both pursue seminary studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. Brett began at Manchester Creek as the Pastor-Intern overseeing both Children's and Student Ministries in August 2014. Patricia serves along-side Brett in this role.
